Emanuel County Institute held their annual pageant on Saturday, January 28. Congratulations Miss ECI, Smith Willoughby. Her court includes 1st runner up, Halli Kate Johnson; 2nd runner up, Matti Cochran; 3rd runner up, Dhahami Salgado; and 4th runner up, Anison O’Dell.
The newly crowned Junior Miss ECI is Charley Mitchell. Her court includes 1st runner up, Hadleigh Henry; 2nd runner up, Olivia Thigpen; 3rd runner up, Mary-Ella Walden; and 4th runner up, Chanlee Youmans.
