James Bush, repeat offender, negotiated a guilty plea on one count possession of meth w/intent. He was fined $500 with 30 years probation; one count obstruction of an officer with 5 years probation; one count possession of meth with 3 years probation; one count pos-session of drug related objects with 12 months probation. Defendant is sentenced for a total of 30 years, to be served on probation. Defendant is to receive credit for time served in custody as deter-mined by the custodian. The above sentence may be served on probation provided the Defendant shall comply with the Conditions of Probation imposed by the Court as part of this sentence.
