May 30
Officers were dispatched to West Morning Street in reference to a neighbor hearing a female yelling for help. Upon arrival, officers met with the offender and the victim outside. The victim appeared intoxicated and told officers that he and his girlfriend got into an argument that was not physical. The offender reported the same thing. The victim was bleeding, but he stated that he fell on the pavement.
May 31
Officer was called to SPD for a walk in report. Complainant stated that the hard copy of his vehicle tag had been misplaced.
Officer responded to Stewart Road in reference to a report of someone breaking into a vehicle and stealing some items. C/p stated that it was her vehicle, but the items taken were her granddaughters. They claimed that they did not see anyone around the house.
Officer was at Enmarket and was advised that a pack of candy had not been paid for and just fell out of the pant leg of the offender. The offender was arrested.
Officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to a female that had recently been trespassed. Loss prevention stated that the woman was on the grocery side but was not allowed to enter for 2 years. The offender was detained and issued a citation.
Officer received a call in reference to a male hitting a female and then walking into the vape shop by Walmart. There was apparent swelling on the victim’s eye and the offender was arrested for battery.
Officers observed a couple exchanging a substance back and forth. This was later identified as marijuana and the offenders were arrested. Crack cocaine was also found.
June 1
C/p came into SPD to make a report. He stated that his vehicle had been struck by a rock from the vehicle in front of him, cracking the windshield.
Officers responded to South Main Street in reference to juveniles’ spray painting the floor of the store. The offender was arrested and trespassed from the store.
June 2
Officers were dispatched to South Green Street in reference to a prowler report that had already occurred. C/p stated that she heard someone knock on her window and she triggered the alarm on her car to scare them off. She observed this person and followed them in her vehicle, he then told her that there was gun stolen from his residence and that he was just warning her. Officers reported to the offender’s residence who stated that he wanted to make a report on the stolen gun.
Officer was dispatched to East Pine Street in reference to two men wearing ski masks and carrying guns. The offenders were located and arrested.
Officer was at Walmart in reference to a shoplifter. C/p stated that the offender attempted to shoplift. Offender was arrested.
Officer was dispatched to South Main Street in reference to a bomb threat. When the number was traced, it went to a texting app. Hotel management stated that a group of men checked out earlier that day and that the rooms had already been cleaned and nothing suspicious was found.
Officer was approached by a woman who stated that there was a man wearing a military uniform bothering a female and she seemed uncomfortable. Offender appeared to be intoxicated and was arrested for public intoxication.
Officer responded to Stevens Drive in reference to a report of a prowler. C/p stated that on two occasions he observed an unknown subject walking around his residence with a light.

Officer responded to North Racetrack Street in reference to an unwanted person. C/p stated that the offender keeps coming into her home while she is not home to see her 16-year-old daughter.
June 3
Officer was dispatched to North Main Street in reference to a call about a domestic. 911 advised that the female was in the store and the male was outside the. The male subject would not listen to police orders and had a smell of alcoholic beverage coming from him. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Officer could smell an odor of marijuana in front of a residence on Sepia Street.
C/p came into SPD to make a report. He stated that he lost his wallet and posted it to social media. The offender stated that she found the wallet but would not respond about giving it back to him.
June 4
Officer was dispatched to North Main Street in reference to a damage to vehicle report. C/p stated that she ran into a tree at her residence.
Officer was dispatched to Walmart in reference to damage to a vehicle by a shopping cart.
Officer responded to Howarth Drive in reference to a report. C/p advised that her vehicle had what appeared to be honey, barbecue sauce, and sugar poured on the hood and top of the vehicle.
Officers responded to a North Main Street in reference to two men trying to break into the flea market. The offenders were located.
Officer was dispatched to SPD in reference to a walk in report. C/p stated that while in the area of Gumlog Road, that there was a group of boys that started shooting her vehicle with a splat gun and shot at her nephews.
June 5
Officer responded to Longview Road in reference to a report of a theft. C/p stated that she believed that her grandson stole $20 out of her purse while she was sleeping.
Officer responded to North Coleman Street in reference to an unwanted person. C/p stated that she wanted the offender gone from her house, and then the offender began to run. The offender later cussed at the officer and was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and failure to comply.
C/p came to SPD to file a report. C/p stated that he is disabled and was in the Walmart parking lot on a motorized scooter when he was slowly hit by a vehicle. He was not injured and there was no damage to the scooter.
June 6
Officer was dispatched to Koiya in reference to a former spouse showing up to the restaurant to make a scene. C/p stated that the offender showed up to the restaurant and stated that he placed an iPad in the back of her car to track her. She had already filed an aggravated stalking report on him.
Officer conduced a traffic stop on a vehicle with no brake lights. After pulling the vehicle over, officer deployed K9 and the K9 detected a controlled substance. This tested positive as methamphetamine.
Officer was at SPD for a report. C/p stated that he dropped his vehicle off for a repair in February but when he goes to check on it, no one is ever there, and they do not answer the phone.
Officer was at SPD for a walk in report. C/p stated that her tag had fallen off her vehicle at some point.
Officer met with c/p who reported shots fired in the area of Jerome Street.
