November 9
Officers were dispatched to N. Coleman St. in reference to an unknown male subject on complainant’s porch. C/p stated this is the second time this man has went to her residence and knocked on the door and she does not know who he is. Officer was unable to locate the male subject.
Officers were dispatched to Sunset Inn in reference to complainant advising she had damage to her vehicle from offender and he also hit her in the face. There have been multiple calls in the past regarding the same two subjects.
November 10
Officer was dispatched to Arden Dr. in reference to a custody dispute. Complainant stated she has a custody agreement with her son’s father/offender, and he was supposed to drop their son off at 6 p.m. but did not until after 7 p.m. C/p stated she tried to contact offender multiple times with no answer before her son arrived home.
November 11
Officer was dispatched to N. Central St. in reference to a dispute. While enroute, officer was informed that the caller requested EMS to the location. Upon arrival, officers were attempting to make contact with anyone inside and advised blood was found in and around the entry way and on the door. A male subject approached and informed he was one of the residents and stated there was no one else inside and gave permission for officers to enter the residence. Blood was found on the floor inside the doorway with a gun on the table with a spent shell casing in the chamber. The male subject stated he was asleep when he heard someone banging on the door to his room and he got up and found his brother bleeding from his arm and yelling to take him to the hospital. The male subject also advised he did not know his brother had a gun and that his brother’s girlfriend was there. The male subject also advises he took his brother to the hospital, so officer went to EMC ER to speak with the victim.

Officer responded to Richard St. in reference to two dogs being in victim’s yard and one biting her. Officer observed two dogs tied together with a rope and contact AC1. Victim stated she noticed the dogs and attempted to read the collar to possibly contact the owner, and one bit her. AC1 arrive and one dog was aggressive while trying to detain it. A positive identification on the dogs were made and AC1 stated he has had several encounters with the dog owner and attempted to make contact with him but was unable to make contact.
Officers were dispatched to Sonic in reference to terroristic threats. Complainant stated offender has been making threats against him and he went to Sonic to settle the dispute and offender threatened to stomp his head in. Offender denied making a threat towards c/p. A trespass warning was issued to c/p on behalf of Sonic’s Management.
November 12
Officer initiated a traffic stop and after running the tag, found that the registration was canceled, and it did not have valid insurance. Vehicle was towed.
Officer responded to a call for service at Domino’s where the caller stated she had a transaction from her PayPal that she did not make. Complainant stated she had a charge from Domino’s that she did not make, and an employee of Domino’s reviewed the transactions to find there were no transactions made for that amount.
Officer took a walk-in report where complainant stated she noticed a scratch/scuff marks on the hood of her vehicle.
November 13
Officer was dispatched to Family Dollar in reference to a shoplifter. Complainant stated a male subject entered the store and asked a worker where an item was located and was advised where to find it and he began looking around the store. Upon viewing camera footage, offender was observed grabbing the item and other items and conceal them in a bag, then exited the store. C/p stated when offender exited the store, the alarm went off and offender was seen running to a vehicle and left the premises.
