Complainant stated she took her kids trick-or-treating and noticed a foreign object sticking out of some of the candy.
November 11
Officer was dispatched to Waffle King in reference to a customer being irate and yelling and cussing at employees and customers. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Officer observed a vehicle with a non-working headlight, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Driver informed officer that he did not have his license on him due to it being suspended in the past. Upon further investigation, the driver’s license was suspended in 2014.
Officer took a report where complainant stated she and her ex-boyfriend were supposed to make arrangements for her to pick their daughter up and offender made a big fuss about it and began to call and text her being disrespectful, so she blocked him. C/p stated when she arrived at offender’s grandmother’s house to pick her daughter up, offender began to threaten her, and she left to go get her brother for her protection. When c/p arrived back at the residence, offender started walking towards her car then turned and walked to his vehicle and began reaching for an unknown object. Offender then walked to c/p’s vehicle telling her to get out of the car repeatedly in an aggressive tone, then kicked the side of her vehicle. C/p stated she left again because she was concerned for her safety and offender called and threatened her and her brother.

Officer was dispatched to Crump St. in reference to someone trespassing. Offender was staying in a tent and advised he could not stay there. A small, twisted bag with a white substance was found and tested positive for meth. Officer asked offender if he uses drugs, and he stated he did and was asked if his bag could be searched and he stated yes. A pill bottle labeled to a female was found with pills inside and other pills were found wrapped in paper. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
Officers were dispatched to N. Racetrack St. in reference to complainant being struck in the face.
November 3
Officer was dispatched to Harvey’s in reference to financial transaction card fraud. C/p advised that earlier in the day, a customer noticed there was something strange about the card reader at the checkout then pulled on it and the top came off the reveal it was fake. C/p stated she then reviewed the security footage and saw two male subjects go up to register and one subject distracted the cashier as the other one placed the fake card reader over the actual card reader. C/p advised they were not familiar to her or the cashier.
November 4
Officer was dispatched to Electric Dr. in reference to a dispute between a mechanic and vehicle owner. C/p stated that several months ago, offender took his truck to him for repairs, and he took the motor out of the vehicle and took some parts to a machine shop, and they told him what it needed to be fixed. C/p stated he took a down payment of $1,000 from offender and told him the cost of repairs would be around $2,500 and offender agreed. C/p stated offender has been harassing him and was at the shop and acted like he was going to put his hands in his pockets and was verbally stating comments that c/p felt like might be a threat to him. C/p stated he wants offender to get his vehicle and parts, and he did not want to work on it anymore. Contact was made with offender who stated he did not threaten anyone.
Officers were dispatched to N. Anderson Dr. in reference to a woman hitting a male. Offender stated she gave victim $100 to do a plumbing job and she has been getting the run-around from him and she tried calling him three times before she showed up where he was at. Offender stated that victim told her he was going to bring her money back and he never did, nor did he get back in touch with her. Offender stated that the victim seemed like he was going to hit her, so she hit him. Offender was criminally trespassed and transported to EmCo Jail.
Officer met with complainant about a report of fraud. C/p stated she filed to purchase a residence in Statesboro and discovered there was a charge made under her name at the college in Statesboro for rent. C/p advised she did not live there, and some unknown person was renting under her name.
Officers were dispatched to Empire Expressway in reference to damage to a vehicle. Complainant stated something came out from under a FEMA truck and hit her back tire, puncturing it.
