Long places first in Rotary District Speech contest

Caleb Long is the first-place winner in the Preston Johnson Rotary District Speech Contest for the Northern Zone on Saturday, March 30, in Milledgeville. Ten students from eight different Rotary Clubs across the region competed for this title. Long previously won first place at both the school level and county contest with his speech about creating hope in the world. Candace Christian, Rotary District Speech Chairperson says, “This was the best-prepared finalists we’ve had in years. Caleb was the unanimous choice for first place by all the judges.”
