On Tuesday, March 19, the Family Reading Night at Swainsboro Primary School took place. It was a huge success where families had to “Escape the School” by working together solving puzzles and riddles with ocean themes. After following the clues, they were able to escape the school and open the treasure box. Inside was a new book and the thrill of the escape as a family.
This event was organized and sponsored by Family Connection with funding from the Mill Creek Foundation. A meal was served, and door prizes were given to the lucky winners. Six very lucky winners went home with a new bike that was generously donated by East Georgia Healthcare.
