July 21
Deputy responded to Harrington Street in Oak Park in reference to a report of an irate person. Upon arrival, deputy met with the homeowner and c/p. C/p stated that while her and the offender were asleep, someone arrived to visit and was being loud. C/p and offender got up to see what was going on and found a pair of broke sunglasses. Offender became irate and threw the sunglasses in the air. The woman stated that c/p was not telling the truth. She stated that the offender was a heavy drug user and became irate after getting woken up and started swearing at her.
July 22
Woman called stating that her aunt was pulling into the yard and misjudged clearance and hit her vehicle.
Deputy responded to Bowen Hill Road in reference to someone stealing a building from the property. C/p stated that she had an old metal carport on the land across from her house and someone had taken it. She stated that a broken power pole had been taken at the same time of the building.
Deputies responded to Maple Street in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with c/p who stated that the offender busted his windshield with a hammer and hit him in the back of the head with a case of mason jars. Offender stated that she and c/p had been dating on and off for a few months and that he got mad because she didn’t want to do something with him. The offender stated that c/p had been following her around and threw jars at her, so she threw them back.
July 23
Deputy was working a traffic detail on Hwy 46 East when he observed a vehicle with no tag lights. A traffic stop was made, and the offender was observed reaching for something in the passenger seat. Marijuana was located in the vehicle and offender was arrested.

July 24
Deputy responded to Prosperity Drive in reference to a stolen vehicle. C/p advised that she woke up and discovered that her vehicle was missing from her yard.
July 25
C/p met with investigators regarding harassing phone calls. She stated that back in February, she received a call from an unknown male stating he was calling regarding her sister-in-law naming her as a reference for a job. C/p stated the man changed the subject and began talking about her looks. She later received a call from the same number, giving a different name. The offender then stated that he got her number off of Google and was looking at her on Facebook.
July 26
911 dispatched a call to Old Wadley Road and Old Dellwood Road in reference to someone stealing a truck and running it into the ditch. C/p stated that the offender had taken his truck and ran it into the ditch after an argument they were having. Offender was arrested but was later released due to the offender changing his mind about pressing charges.
Officer responded to Paddy Ford Road in reference to a vehicle pursuit. Deputy advised that the reason for the traffic stop was because the driver was going 95 in a 55 MPH zone. A strong odor of alcoholic beverage was coming from the offender’s vehicle. Offender was arrested for DUI.
July 27
Deputies responded to Lambs Bridge Road in reference to a dispute. Upon arrival, deputies spoke with c/p who stated that he saw a truck pulling into the victim’s yard that matched the description of the offender’s truck, so he called the victim to ask if she was okay and she told him she wasn’t. C/p stated that he was afraid the offender was trying to take the victim’s children, so he drove over and rammed into the offender’s truck to keep him from leaving. The victim stated that she and the offender are divorced, and they were not arguing, but he pulled up to the house, so she went inside. She stated that c/p is her brother and was making sure she was okay. Offender stated that the victim invited him over to talk. The offender had an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his person and was arrested for DUI.
Deputy was observing traffic in a construction zone and noticed a vehicle going 84 mph in a 60 MPH zone due to the construction. A traffic stop was conducted, and the offender had open alcohol containers in the vehicle and had a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Offender was arrested.
