March 24
Deputy took a walk-in report where complainant stated when her husband went to file their taxes, and he was told he couldn’t add her because her SS# was already filed.
Deputy took a walk-in report where complainant stated she her pistol and magazine were stolen from her vehicle.
Deputy and Code Enforcement were dispatched to the dumpster side on Hwy 80 East in reference to offender inside the dumpster and refused to get out so the trash truck could empty them. Offender waws written a citation.
March 25
Complainant stated someone called her cellphone and identified their self as RFCU Fraud Dept. and requested her user ID. C/p stated she didn’t know it and called the bank to be told that no one called her from the bank, and they wouldn’t request her used ID.
Complainant reported a Facebook scam stating an unknown subject posted pictures of her husband calling him a pedophile and put lewd images on their page. C/p stated the unsub demanded money to remove the post and her husband panicked and sent $1,235 to unsub through Zell.
March 26
Deputy observed a vehicle with suspended registration on I16, at which time he attempted to perform a traffic stop. The vehicle finally came to a stop and deputy approached the passenger side of the vehicle and could smell a strong odor of cover scent present. The driver was the registered owner and was asked to exit the vehicle. Deputy asked if there was any marijuana inside the vehicle and he stated there was appx. 2 grams and was then asked if there were any other illegal drugs in the vehicle. While speaking with the driver and asking him about cocaine, he hesitated, and his behavior changed. While waiting for an additional unit, deputy searched the driver and found 12.5 grams of marijuana on his person. Once the additional unit arrived, deputy began searching the vehicle to find numerous signs of drug use to include cigar packs, rolling tray, schedule II and IV pills and numerous bottles of cover scent spray. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail and his vehicle was towed.
March 28
Complainant stated a nuisance dog went onto her property and attacked her dog and advised this has been an ongoing issue.
Deputies responded to Mt. Olivet Church Rd. in reference to a structure fire.
Complainant stated her grandfather co-signed on a vehicle with her then sold it, and the buyer kept the vehicle in c/p’s name and paid for the registration. C/p stated the vehicle still has a lien on it in her name and the buyer resides in a nursing facility.
March 29
Deputy met with both parties in reference to an altercation. Complainant stated he confronted offender about $125 that was owed to him and a heated argument occurred then turned physical.
Deputy responded to Leman Rd. in reference to a female subject rolling around in complainant’s yard. C/p stated she observed the female rolling around in her yard and was foaming from the mouth. While speaking with the female subject, she advised she was poisoned but refused to tell where it happened. She was belligerent and stated she was in pain and believed she lost her baby. Deputy had 911 send EMS to the location. Deputy asked offender for her DOB, and she became even more belligerent and irate and stated she was not giving her info out. Offender was transported to EMC ER and was being irate and refusing treatment. Offender was discovered to have several warrants through multiple agencies and Treutlen SO want a hold placed. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
