March 2
Complainant reported that her tag on her vehicle was replaced with a tag that was lost or stolen out of Douglas.
Deputies were dispatched to Mt. Shady Church Rd. in reference to someone doing a lot of shooting in the roadway. Complainant stated he observed a vehicle in the roadway with a male subject outside the vehicle shooting into the woods. Deputy made contact with the male subject and advised not to be shooting in the woods.
Deputy met with complainant who stated she was followed from Oak Tree Express by an unknown male subject to Long Bay Dr. and she stopped and confronted the driver, and he asked her if she wanted some bread and showed her nude pictures.
Deputy responded to Buckeye Rd. in reference to a drunk male subject being irate and exposing himself to his mother. Complainants stated their son has a drinking problem and when he drinks, he becomes irate and sometimes abusive towards his mother. Offender was noticeably drunk with slurred speech and could barely stand. Offender then asked deputy what he was doing in his house and was advised of the call and stumbled to his room and attempted to close the door. Deputy followed him and told him he was going to jail, and he began cussing at deputy. Deputy attempted to handcuff offender, and he snatched away and began being more aggressive and cussing deputy. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
March 4
Deputies were dispatched to Modoc Rd. in reference to theft of a gun. Victim stated he had been in communication with someone on SnapChat in reference to selling a gun. Victim stated once the exchange was made, he realized he was paid with six fake $100 bills.
Complainant stated he lost his tag.
Deputies were dispatched to Overstreet Rd. in reference to a burglary.
Deputies responded to Pinecone Way in reference to an individual swinging an axe. Complainant stated her son has mental health issues and she did not feel comfortable with him having an axe as she caught him swinging it at her car.
March 6
Complainant reported damage to her vehicle.
Victim stated her stepson/offender called her and wanted to borrow his father’s truck and was sending two men to get it and she advised him that he couldn’t use it at which time offender got mad and stated it would be bad for victim if he couldn’t’ use it.
March 7
Complainant stated offender tiled taxes and claimed her child and was not supposed to and she was unaware of it until she tried filing her taxes and it was rejected. C/p advised she has messages telling offender two months ago that he was not allowed to claim the child because offender has no contact or does anything monetary for the child.
Complainant stated offender has a 12-month protection order against him and has been calling him but c/p won’t answer the phone and has not had contact with offender.
Deputy was dispatched to Popeye’s due to a two-vehicle accident. Offender stated she was backing up and didn’t see complainant in his blind spot and backed into c/p’s vehicle causing minor damage.
Deputy was dispatched to McGarrh Mill Pond Rd. in reference to a deer collision causing major damage.
March 8
Deputy was dispatched to Wadley Coleman Lake Rd. in reference to a motor vehicle accident. EMS was on scene and transported victim to EMC ER.
Deputies responded to Hwy 46 East in reference to a domestic dispute.
March 9
Deputies were dispatched to Oak Grove Church Rd. in reference to the residence being struck by a bullet. Complainant stated he had been hearing shots fired in the area throughout the morning and heard something strike the rear of his house. C/p advised he found two awnings over the rear windows had been struck and found what remained of the round laying on his a/c unit.
