November 3
Deputy was dispatched to Old Statesboro Rd. in reference to offender possibly stabbing multiple tires on c/p’s vehicles. C/p’s advised offender is possibly going after them due to being fired from Crider and thinking c/p is the person who got him fired.
Complainant stated she was traveling on I16 when an unknown driver went into her lane causing her to tun off the roadway, causing damage to her vehicle.
November 4
Deputy received a report from complainant advising her stepson and daughter are in a romantic relationship and they left for SC and have been making threats towards c/p and her husband/offender’s father. C/p stated they have several reports made through Lexington Co. SO in reference to an ongoing dispute. C/p is trying to file a TPO on offender but does not have an address as he tends to move frequently. C/p advised she made contact with her daughter in reference to returning some property and the four were planning on meeting, but offender got upset and started making threats and never showed up. C/p advised she has text messages and videos of different threats made to her and her husband by offender.
Complainant made a report about losing her wallet that contained various bank cards, her DL, SS card and Concealed Carry Permit.
November 5
Report was made in reference to a damaged vehicle caused by road debris that caused the air bags to deploy.
Deputy received a report in reference to identity theft. Complainant advised she purchased a Kindle tablet in NC and her Amazon profile was changed to a male. C/p also advised money was being taken out of her account to make unauthorized purchases and a package was shipped to Modoc Rd. C/p stated she took her tablet to a computer store where it was reset and a few days later she opened her account, and it opened as the male subject’s name.
Deputy spoke with complainant in reference to harassing communication. C/p stated employees of ServPro arrived at her residence and she believes the suspects were sent by Farm Bureau to assess storm damages. C/p stated she was advised that ServPro had been trying to get in touch with her but the number they provided was not hers but allowed them to continue their assessment. C/p stated she spoke with a male subject and provided her phone number, and he advised ServPro would return on another day. C/p advised the male subject began calling her and telling her she was beautiful and asking if she was married and she hung up, but he continued to call her multiple times, and she blocked him. C/p advised she contacted Farm Bureau to report the issue and spoke with someone at ServPro. C/p stated the male subject was contacted by a friend of hers and warned not to continue calling c/p, but c/p is worried the male subject will return with ServPro.

November 6
Deputies were dispatched to Leanord Ln. in reference to a fight. Complainant stated she and other party got into a verbal argument that turned physical. C/p was under the influence of alcohol and she and witness had conflicting stories about the incident.
November 8
Deputy responded to Oak Grove Church Rd. in reference to a dog bite. Complainant advised he was delivering for FedEx and noticed dogs tied up, but a pit bull got loose and charged at him. C/p was able to grab a package to keep between him and the dog and was backed into a corner, then was able to get a bicycle to keep the dog from further attack. C/p received scratches and bite marks on his hand and was evaluated by EMS.
Deputy observed a vehicle with a headlight out, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. A small white ball was tossed out the passenger window and when deputy asked about it, the driver and passenger stated nothing was thrown from the vehicle. Deputy asked to search the vehicle, and the driver gave permission, and a glass pipe was found under the passenger seat and the passenger denied it being his. Upon further investigation, a small bag with residue was found between the passenger seat and console. Driver was transported to EmCo Jail and passenger was released on a citation for a drug related object.
Report was made by complainant who stated the previous tenant of the property has not lived at the residence for months but was seen attempting to collect mail from the mailbox and is possibly attempting to defraud and collect money from FEMA.
Complainant reported his tag was lost in the mail.
Deputy received a report for a person dumping a dog at Carraway’s. Complainant advised she saw a male driver dump the dog and headed south into Swainsboro.
Deputies were dispatched to Hwy 56 South in reference to an irate intoxicated female. Complainant stated the female was drunk and hit him and his truck several times with a unknown object. Deputies made contact with offender who was highly intoxicated and noncompliant. Offender was placed under arrest and became resistant and combative. While enroute to EmCo Jail, offender made several attempts to kick the windows and divider out in the patrol unit. Upon arrival at the jail, offender continued to resist and was placed in a holding cell until further processing could be made.
November 10
Deputy was assisting SPD with traffic control on N. Coleman St. when he observed a vehicle with no headlights on, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Deputy could smell marijuana and alcohol, and the driver’s eyes were red and glassy and stated he had not been drinking when asked. Driver agreed to a PBT and tested positive for alcohol. Offender was also driving on suspended license and was transported to EMC ER to have blood drawn then to EmCo Jail.
