The family of Lauren Reece Canady is happy to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Miss Canady and Cameron Edward Bogan.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Chad Canady of Swainsboro and Jill Canady of Garfield.
She is the granddaughter of the late Billy and Hazel Bagwell of Calhoun, Georgia and Carol Canady and the late Bill Canady of Swainsboro.
The groom-elect is the son of Chris and Shelly Bogan of Estero, Florida. He is the grandson of Rex and Ramona Laws-Nelms and the late Charles Laws of Riverdale, Georgia and Gloria Bogan and the late Charles Bogan of East Point, Georgia.

Lauren is a 2022 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BS in Biology and a minor in Spanish. She is employed by Salveo Integrative Health in Atlanta as the Coordinator of Clinical Research and Specialized Services.
Cameron is a 2022 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BA in Public Relations and a minor in English. He is employed by Technology Association of Georgia in Atlanta.
The two met while attending The University of Georgia in 2021. They now live in Atlanta and share their beloved dog, Milo.
A wedding will be held October 26, 2024 in North Georgia.
