Animal shelter blessed with donation for a family of dogs

Della and her 5 puppies are going to have a very Merry Christmas this season, thanks to a generous donation made by a family to the Emanuel County Humane Society. This donation was used to provide Della and her pups with vaccines, dewormers, heartworm tests, food and veterinarian care before they leave on December 10 heading to Florida to find new homes. The Emanuel County Humane Society supports our local animal shelter by purchasing vaccines, wormers, sponsoring adoptions by paying the adoption fees and cost of spaying/neutering of dogs adopted from the shelter. We work with rescues by fostering dogs until rescues can transport them to find new homes in other states. This one donation made a difference in the lives of 6 dogs. ECHS members work tirelessly to save the lives of the dogs in our shelter. We can’t do this without your help.
