It was in the heart of Twin City, Georgia that a small-town girl’s dream began to take shape. Janna Tucker, who grew up tending to her family’s farm here in Emanuel County, found joy in the simple pleasures of community and hard work. From a young age, she was well-acquainted with the sweet taste of summer harvests, selling fresh sweet corn and watermelons to eager neighbors. After high school, Janna pursued her passion for communication by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of Georgia, but her heart always remained anchored to her rural roots.
In 2007, she married Brett Tucker, and they settled in the suburbs of Atlanta. As they began their careers and expanded their family, nostalgia for the charm and warmth of Twin City drew them back home. Janna made a bold decision to leave the corporate world and explore her love for food, inspired by her upbringing and the pecans from her family farm.
With Brett’s encouragement, Janna transformed her small kitchen into a culinary lab. She start-ed packaging and selling her family’s pecans, creating two signature recipes: Gussied Up Spiced Pecans and Good as All Get Out Roasted Pecans. To her delight, friends and neighbors quickly embraced her creations, and demand soared. Before long, she was renting a commer-cial kitchen and began expanding her offerings to include five distinct flavors, along with her best-selling turtles and pralines.
In 2018, the Tuckers launched All the Fixin’s. The business took off, blossoming into a vibrant operation with two commercial kitchens, a warehouse, and a dedicated team of 15 to 20 em-ployees. Their commitment to quality, personalized customer service, and uplifting their community fueled their success. The irresistible flavors of her products garnered attention far beyond Twin City, spreading a taste of home across the nation.
Their journey was marked by remarkable milestones. All the Fixin’s was featured in the Atlan-ta Journal-Constitution’s Food and Dining section, became a finalist in UGA’s Flavor of Geor-gia Food Competition for two consecutive years, and earned the honor of being a provider of pecans for The Masters Tournament’s beloved Caramel Pecan Popcorn. Additionally, they partnered with the University of Texas to create custom gifts for the College Football Playoff Peach Bowl.
By 2024, All the Fixin’s celebrated a major milestone: their delicious pecan products had made their way to all 50 states! This achievement came with an incredible year-over-year growth, highlighted by a jaw-dropping 33% increase. The numbers tell the story of their success: over 10,000 delightful turtles crafted, nearly 15,000 pounds of pecans roasted to perfection, and almost 19,000 donuts lovingly boxed up for eager customers. They also sold more than 30,000 pigs in a blanket, a favorite for many! Locals were treated to nearly 11,000 steaming cups of coffee paired with 10,000 bowls of warm, comforting grits as they rushed to start their morn-ings.
As their business flourished, Brett and Janna remained deeply rooted in their community, earn-ing the title of Best Breakfast in Emanuel County from the readers of The Forest-Blade. All the Fixin’s became more than just a brand; it symbolized perseverance, family, and the sweet con-nections forged through food.
Since that first small-town dream, All the Fixin’s has become more than just pecans; it has be-come a legacy built on love, laughter, and the rich tapestry of community life that had always been its founding inspiration.
