January 4
Complainant stated her husband/offender left their residence going to the store and never returned. C/p advised he used her debit card for $2,500 and believes he is doing drugs because he’s lost a lot of weight. C/p stated she had no contact with him since he left and tried calling him and his friends also tried calling him with no answer.
January 5
Deputy passed a vehicle with a non-working tag light, at which time he turned around and made a traffic stop. Driver did not have a license and was transported to EmCo Jail.

January 6
Complainant reported she never received her tag that was supposed to be delivered over a month ago.
January 7
Deputy met with complainant who stated offender has been messaging him via text and social media making threats of bodily harm.
Vehicle was left abandoned and 911 attempted to contact owner but was unsuccessful. Vehicle was partially in the roadway bocking one lane of travel, not visible if turning off Youngblood St. Vehicle was towed.
Complainant stated she renewed her tag and believes she lost it prior to putting it on her vehicle.
Deputies responded to Alcott Dr. in reference to a dispute. Complainant advised 911 that her boyfriend was drinking and left driving. Deputies noticed a male subject changing the locks on the doors and c/p stated that her boyfriend had been drinking a lot and getting very aggressive and they got into an argument, and he threw his phone and left but returned yelling again. C/p advised she doesn’t’ want him to get in trouble, she just wanted him to leave and not come back. C/p advised deputies that he has been living with her for about a year and deputies advised she would have to have him evicted. C/p stated she was leaving for the night because she didn’t feel safe there with him.
Deputy responded to Piggly Wiggly in reference to a shoplifting. Complainant advised that after a customer warned him about the history of offender, he reviewed his store cameras and discovered offender placed items in his backpack under his jacket. Offender walked out the front entrance and you could observe a large bulge on his back.
January 8
Complainant stated someone took $724 off her EBT card.
January 9
Deputy responded to Lindsey Rd. in reference to someone taking wire out from under a residence. Complainant stated his mother heard her dogs barking during the night and when he went to her residence, he found where a crawl space board had been removed, and someone went under the house and took wire.
Deputies responded to Ed Yeomans Rd. in reference to complainant stating her husband locked her in the bedroom and would not allow her to leave. C/p advised that her husband shoved her causing her to have a nosebleed but there was no other physical harm. Deputies located the husband at his aunt’s house, and he stated he does not stay at the house full-time and he went there because he was invited by c/p to have dinner with family. He stated that while they were having dinner, c/p took his phone and while going through it, got mad and accused him of cheating and an argument started.
January 10
Deputy spoke with complainant who stated he purchased a truck from someone in Millen who advised he purchased it from a towing company out of Bulloch Co. and used it as a farm truck. Deputy ran the tag to find it was stolen. C/p was not charged at this time, and the vehicle was towed for further investigation.
Deputy was dispatched to Old Reidsville Rd. to complainant finding an airbag hidden in the trunk of a car she purchased. C/p explained she bought the car from someone in Jacksonville, FL and once she received the title, a different name was on it. C/p stated she was driving and kept hearing a beeping noise coming from the trunk and a notification popped up on her phone showing “airbag disconnected”.
January 12
Deputies responded in reference to a dispute. Offender stated he and complainant are going through a divorce and c/p was supposed to be staying at her mother’s but returned to offender’s house. Offender stated that he and his son were drinking and listening to music, and he was advised by c/p that she was going to call the law. Offender stated he doesn’t know what’s going on. C/p stated she returned from her mother’s and went to her bedroom to stay away from offender, and he went into the room and started yelling at her for not reason. C/p advised their son went into the room and asked her to leave before he and offender started fighting and offender stated he was about to slap her, then slapped the wall. Deputies then spoke to the son who stated that none of the above happened.
Deputy was dispatched to Prosperity Dr. in reference to a theft of a purse form a vehicle.
