Swainsboro High School CTI members recently attended the annual Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) at the Columbus Trade and Convention Center. This year’s event welcomed over 530 students, 95 CTI Coordinators, and 32 chaperones from 91 schools across Georgia, offering a packed schedule of workshops, inspiring speakers, and networking opportunities.
The conference focused on leadership and personal growth, with sessions led by professionals from the University of Georgia, TRI, and CTI State Officers. Students engaged in workshops on budgeting, time management, networking, and goal setting, gaining valuable skills to prepare for college, job interviews, and life beyond high school.
Swainsboro High School proudly sent six students to participate in this transformative experience. In addition to attending the workshops, the students toured the Space and Science Center, where they launched rockets and explored innovative technologies.
This event provided SHS students with lasting memories and invaluable tools for their future success, ensuring their growth as leaders and contributing community members.
