Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt from Cynthia D. Pena to O.F.A. Investments, Inc., A Georgia Corporation, dated March 4, 2013, recorded in Deed Book 382, Pages 38-43, Emanuel County, Georgia records.
