The November meeting of Governor David Emanuel-Adam Brinson Chapter of the DAR enjoyed a program on the Adventures of Collecting Indian Artifacts, in celebration of National American Indian Heritage Month. Mary Elizabeth Woods, Vice Regent, introduced the guest speaker, Ricky Prince, of Metter. Mr. Prince displayed an impressive collection of artifacts and provided a wealth of information. He began collecting at the early age of seven years old when he found his first arrowhead. The presentation was filled with historical information and entertaining stories of the speaker’s adventures.
