October 28
Vehicle was traveling on Lambs Bridge Rd. when driver lost control and hit the ditch, causing disabling damage to the vehicle.
Deputy was dispatched to Spring Hill Baptist Church in reference to property damage. Complainant advised a brick wall had been knocked down and stated a tow truck loaded with a vehicle and a SUV was seen parked at the church the morning on the report. Deputy observed the scuff marks on the brick wall that appeared as though the tow truck struck it, knocking it over.
Deputy was dispatched to Singh Food Mart in reference to an employee stealing. Complainant stated it was brought to his attention that offender’s end of shift register count has frequently been short. C/p began reviewing video footage and found offender scanning items, cancelling the sale and not depositing the funds into the cash drawer. C/p showed deputy video footage of one instance where offender quickly cancels a sale, throws the receipt away and places a $20 bill under the monitor of the register. C/p stated offender will sometimes take the cash and place it in the lottery drawer and get lottery tickets for herself and will also pocket the cash. As of report time, offender’s register has been short $346. Offender has been working at the location for appx. one month but does not know how long she has been stealing but would look back and determine a total amount offender has taken, as well as lottery.
October 29
Complainant made a report about a lost/stolen tag off of his trailer.
Deputy met with complainant who stated his EBT funds were taken from his account in Pennsylvania the same day they were deposited.
Deputy observed a vehicle traveling 88 MPH in a 70 MPH zone, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Driver was issued a speeding citation.
October 30
Deputy responded to Gobbler Ln. in reference to a theft. Complainant stated he saw two male subjects on his security cameras walking from the back of his property through his front yard. One subject looked up at the camera and they both walked out of frame. C/p stated he saw the two male subjects had taken down his camera and took it as they left the property. Footprints were found by deputy, and he was able to follow them all the way to Bowen Dr. K9 was requested to track suspects. Deputy observed two male subjects on the front porch of a Long Bary Dr. residence that resembled the two seen on footage and observed the same footprints he had followed that led straight to the residence the male subjects were at. Deputies met with suspects, and they were both arrested and transported to EmCo Jail.

Deputy responded to Blun Rd. in reference to a stolen property report. Complainant advised he noticed his generator was missing from his back porch.
Deputy received a report from complainant stating her neighbor’s dogs have been a nuisance for weeks and go into her yard and growls at her grandchildren and gets in the back of the truck and damages property. C/p advised she has talked to her neighbor several times about the issue and the problem continues.
Report was made in reference to a dispute between both parties that ensued over an eviction notice that was pending for weeks. Complainant is the owner of the property and was advised that the tenants would not be obligated to vacate until the date of deadline in the court order.
October 31
Report was made in reference to a forced entry being made on Waller Woods Cir., for the purpose of assisting an elderly female who was heard calling for help from inside the residence. Entry was made and the scene was turned over to EMS.
Deputy met with victims at ECSO in reference to an incident that occurred at Swainsboro Raceway. Complainant stated she and her husband were approached by her ex-husband and two females and was jumped by both females while her ex-husband confronted her husband at his vehicle. Prior to said incident, c/p stated the three offenders climbed over the fence and gained entry onto the property and approached and confronted into a physical altercation that left her injured with minor visible injuries to her face, neck and chest. Male victim stated he was sitting in his truck when he was aggressively approached by the male suspect at which time he stepped out to avoid being hit inside the truck. At that time, the altercation ensued to the point where victim stated he had to duck and move to avoid being hit in the head but was stuck in the shoulder by the suspect.
November 1
Deputy was dispatched to Tiger Trail. In reference to a theft.
Deputy was dispatched to Crider Foods due to a shooting that happened in the parking lot. Victim and two witnesses advised that when they were at WalMart earlier in the day, offender started arguing with them, then left, but followed them to Crider. Offender sped over to them and stopped in front of them and blocked them from leaving. Offender then threw his arm out the window with what looked like a semi-automatic handgun, firing two rounds into the air then sped off. One witness advised offender has a history of physically, verbally and mentally abusing c/p. Deputy was able to retrieve two spent pistol cartridges from the scene.
Complainant was traveling on I16 behind a tractor trailer that lost his load of insulating panels and one of the panels struck c/p’s vehicle, causing damages. Both drivers pulled over with no injuries reported.
November 2
Deputies were dispatched to Rainbow Ridge in Twin City in reference to a forced entry into a residence where a female awoke to a sexual assault by a male.
