Pace picks up on Karrh Theater project

Amid the destructive reminders and heartbreak of Hurricane Helene, there is a bright spot downtown and the promise of better days ahead. The Karrh Theater continues to provide amazing progress taking shape as a state-of-the-art entertainment venue and anchor for the next chapter in the growth of downtown Swainsboro. Following our last update, the speed of the project has picked up thanks to a state grant and the work of our own Representative Butch Parrish and the continued support of the City Council and Mayor. These recent shots show interiors of the theater along with lobby and ancillary breakout areas.
