October 4
Officer responded to EMC ER in reference to a combative patient. Medical staff advised offender became irate and started throwing supplies, cursing and refusing to change into required hospital gown or turn over her personal belongings. Officer attempted to communicate with offender, but she became increasingly agitated and began using profanity at officer and others present. Despite being ordered to calm down, offender’s behavior did not improve. She then stood up and began undressing, stating she would change into the hospital gown, so officer stepped out of the room. Shortly after, offender was heard beating on the walls and cursing again. Officer, along with ER nurses, reentered the room and observed offender standing without pants on in an aggressive stance. Offender was placed under arrest and restrained to be clothed. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
Officer responded to WalMart in reference to a shoplifter. WalMart stated they were going to Magistrate to prosecute due to it possibly being multiple occasions of theft they were going to look into.
Officer responded to Lewis St. in reference to a report of a dispute where one participant had a gun in his waistband. Complainant/victim stated offender went to his residence and was arguing with him. Officer asked c/p about the gun, and he stated offender had a gun in his waistband but never touched it or made threats with the gun. C/p advised offender left in described vehicle.
Officers were dispatched to E. Pine St. in reference to a domestic altercation in which 911 advised the caller stated her father and mother were locked in the bedroom and he hit her again behind a locked door. 911 then advised units that the father carries a gun and was possibly on his side. 911 also advised there was yelling and screaming and carrying on that could be heard. Upon arrival, a female Officer went inside due to an active violent domestic with a possible gun and notified SPD units he needed backup. As officer walked inside, c/p told two juveniles to go outside. As officer approached the bedroom door, the door opened, and a female/victim came out with a walking stick in her hand. Offender came to the door and officer could smell a strong odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Offender then pushed officer away from him. Officer then grabbed his arm, and he started fighting with officer as he was attempting to keep his hands controlled and in sight. Backup arrived and offender would not comply to commands and was still fighting with officer. Offender was assisted to the ground and detained, then transported to EmCo Jail. Victim stated offender punched her in the face and knocked a tooth out. She also had blood on her nose from a cut. Victim stated the argument started over him taking his ring off earlier and she put it where he could not find it. She stated they were arguing about it and he hit her in the face and then pushed her down in the bathroom, causing her to hit her head. She then stated he pushed her against the bed and broke the foot board. Victim stated she did not want offender to return and was advised of the TPO process. Victim denied EMS treatment and stated she would go the hospital if she needed to later.
October 5
Officer responded to a call about a man stumbling around in the road on S. Main St. Offender was observed sitting on the sidewalk in front BK. Officer approached offender and asked him what was going on and he stated he was trying to get a ride and asked why they were bothering him. Officer told him they were there because they received a call about him stumbling around in the road and he was believed to be intoxicated. Officer observed offender was disheveled and had bloodshot and glassy with slow, mumbled speech, as well as an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from his person. Offender then reached behind his back and was advised to not reach behind his back like that, then did it again. Offender was detained and tried pulling away and was being combative. Offender stated he needed medical attention, so deputy called for EMS. Offender was cleared and he was transported to EmCo Jail.
Officer responded to King Circle Dr. in reference to complainant stating her ex stole her battery and keys to her vehicle. Offender stated he left the keys in the vehicle’s center console and c/p may have overlooked them. C/p stated she checked, and offender was lying.
Officers were dispatched to Deluxe Inn in reference to a male acting irate and talking out of his head. Officer arrived at the entrance and several subjects were pointing at a male subject. Officer attempted to speak to the male subject, and he started to walk away and was ordered not to leave, which he ignored. Officer then walked to the victim and asked what happened and she stated offender has been talking about who he is going to kill and punching windows all day. Witness stated he observed offender pushing victim. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail. While enroute, offender started slamming his head on the plexiglass to the cage.
Officer was dispatched to E. Pine St. in reference to a domestic. Complainant stated her and her ex-boyfriend visited a bar and had a couple of drinks and she left to go to her ex’s house and he had another female in the vehicle. The two had a verbal altercation and offender grabbed ger face, scratching her lip. C/p returned home and was sitting in her car when offender arrived and started shouting at her while beating on the window, then walked to the front of the vehicle and began kicking the passenger side headlight.

October 6
Officers were dispatched to W. Moring St. in reference to complainant stating her grandson’s house door and windows had been opened. C/p advised nothing seemed to be stolen but expressed concern that someone may have been sleeping in his grandson’s bed.
Officer was approached by complainant at WalMart who advised they had a shoplifter. Offender skip-scanned $215.18 worth of merchandise.
October 7
Officer was dispatched to Mason Dr. in reference to caller stating he heard someone in his back yard. C/p advised he saw what appeared to be a flashlight and yelled out that he had a firearm and heard offender run out of his yard.
Officer responded to W. Moring St. in reference to items being stolen. Complainant stated he was gone due to his power being out and when he returned, he had two Nintendo switches, docking station, house keys and car keys stolen.
Officers were dispatched to the library in reference to a woman threatening a worker. C/p stated offender use to work at the library.
October 8
Officer was dispatched to WalMart in reference to a shoplifter. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
October 9
Officer was dispatched to W. Church St. in reference to a dispute between siblings. Complainant stated her brother used her address to file for FEMA and when confronted, they began to have a verbal altercation.
