Franklin Memorial Library and Emanuel County Humane Society would like to invite everyone to join us on Saturday, October 26 at Tractor Supply for “Lick or Treat”. You may ask, What is “Lick or Treat”? It is like a “Trunk or Treat” for kids, but this will be for dogs. We will have stations around inside and outside of Tractor Supply that will be giving your canine lots of loving and treats and toys.
We will have a photo booth setup with Halloween costumes for dogs to have pictures made. The Betty Gambrell Animal Shelter will be there with dogs for adoption. So come out with the family and your dog for a time of fun.
