July 29
Deputies responded to Wildcat Rd. in reference to a physical altercation. Complainant and witness advised that the witness went to drop off his and offender’s 10-year-old daughter after having her for the weekend. Witness advised that the daughter was punished for being disrespectful and her phone was taken away and had sent a video to offender. C/p and witness stated as soon as they pulled up, offender went to the truck upset and snatched c/p out of the truck and the two started fighting. Witness advised he had to pull them apart, then left and called 911. C/p had marks and bruising on her arms and face from the altercation. C/p advised the incident occurred in the presence of her 4-year-old daughter and offender’s 10-year-old daughter. Deputies then made contact with offender who stated c/p has been harassing her via text then her daughter sent a video showing c/p being disrespectful to her. Offender then advised that c/p had gotten out of the truck and the two exchanged words then started fighting. Offender’s father was also on scene and stated he heard the two parties arguing then they started fighting. Offender advised she has asked witness to not bring c/p on her property when doing child custody exchanges. Deputy observed marks on both parties.
July 30
Deputy observed a vehicle on Hwy 1 North traveling 80 MPH in a 65 MPH zone, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Deputy approached the vehicle and asked the driver for his license and the driver asked what he was being stopped for and that he was not speeding and did not have to identify himself. Deputy advised offender what he was being stopped for and he still refused to identify himself. Deputy then asked offender to step out of the vehicle and called for another unit. Offender still refused to identify himself and was placed under arrest and transported to EmCo Jail. As offender was being transported, he stated to deputy to wait until he gets out and he will see him at his house and will take care of him then. Deputy was informed by Inv. that he was performing an inventory of the vehicle and found offender’s ID and when ran through GCIC, it was determined that offender has multiple warrants. Inv. also found marijuana in the vehicle. Offender was charged with possession of marijuana less than oz, obstruction of law enforcement, driving with suspended license, speeding and terroristic threats.
Complainant went to ECSO to report a lost/stolen tag.

Deputies were dispatched to Arthur Hutchison Road in reference to a stolen side by side. Contact was made with the caller upon arrival who stated that she had been moving things out of her house since she received an eviction notice and that several things have turned up missing. She stated that she has made a previous report about someone taking things out of the house when it was locked. She then stated that someone had taken her side by side out of her shed that had a lock on it. The lock appeared to have been removed by force. She also stated that there were many power tools missing.
August 1
Deputy met with c/p in reference to a report for someone taking her vehicle. She stated that the vehicle was store in Stillmore at a family members house and that she was informed that her cousin took the vehicle to a scrap yard in Metter. The vehicle was located and found to have extensive damage that was not there before.
August 3
Deputy observed a vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was found to be wanted in Jenkins County. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
Deputies responded to Waldon Way in reference to some harassing phone calls that were made. C/p stated that the calls were made in reference to a truck that he was driving while the offender was in jail.
Deputies responded to a vehicle fire at HWY 57 East. They were unable to obtain a tag number or VIN number.
