he Emanuel County Historic Society will host its July quarterly meeting on Thursday, July 25, at 7 p.m. in the Varner 4-H building. It will be our usual potluck meal, so please bring a dish to share. The Veterans will catch us up on their 2024 projects and upcoming Wreaths Across America. It is truly amazing how this project has grown in our County.
The Glad Garden Club will also catch us up on their activities which include beautification of local spots and the little park tucked into the corner of Highway 80 (West Main), Tyson St. and Hwy 57 (Kite Road) intersection. We hope to see you there! For information, call 478-763-3631.
