Emanuel BOE holds monthly meeting

The Emanuel County Board of Education met on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the Central Office with the following members in attendance: Brandon Jones, Cherie Hooks, Del Brown, Tanya Lane and John Allen Bailey. Johnny Parker and Sandra Swinney were not in attendance. Chairman Del Brown welcomed everyone, calling the meeting to order and delivered the invocation followed by John Allen Bailey leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Bailey made a motion to approve the agenda. Jones seconded the motion. Brown, Hooks, Jones, Lane, and Bailey voted “yes”. CARRIED.
