The City of Twin City is gearing up the 4th Annual Mayor’s Christmas Toy Drive.

“There are many needy children in and around Twin City. We want to make sure that all children have a joyous holiday season. This initiative will be fully funded by private donations, so we are asking for your help with this worthy cause. We are asking that local businesses, churches, schools, City departments, and City strategic partners support our efforts with a financial contribution or a gift donation. We will use 100% of the financial donations to purchase toys for our local children,” stated Mayor Matt Donaldson. The giveaway event will take place Saturday, December 9. If you would like to help with this worthy cause, monetary donations need to be sent by Friday, December 1. This will allow time to purchase items for the drive. Please mail your donation to City of Twin City, Mayor’s Christmas Toy Drive, P.O. Box 980, Twin City, GA 30471. If you would like to support with a gift donation, please deliver the gift to the City of Twin City by December 8.

“I want to thank you in advance for your consideration. We could not do this without the generosity of our donors,” said Donaldson.

For more information, call Twin City City Hall at 478.763.2695.
