The October 2023 term of the Emanuel County grand jury reconvened on Friday, December 8, 2023, to consider cases presented by the District Attorney’s Office. The District Attorney’s Office presented 36 bills of indictment to the grand jury, and the grand jury returned 36 true bills and 0 no bill. There being no further business, the Grand Jury recessed, subject to recall, the 8th day of December 2023.
