December 11
Investigators responded to Hwy 86 E. in reference to an entering auto complaint. Complainant stated he discovered his company issued laptop was taken from his vehicle sometime during the night and the unsub attempted to remove tools from the work truck but left them behind on the roadway in front of his residence.
Deputies were dispatched to Egret Pl. in reference to a verbal dispute. Complainant stated his neighbor was threatening to fight him and stated he was going to jump on him is he crossed over onto his property. Deputy then spoke with the neighbor and his wife who stated c/p used his “welcome” too much and stated they no longer want c/p back on their property. C/p was trespassed from the neighbor’s residence and made it clear to him that he isn’t allowed to enter the property anymore.
Deputies witnessed two vehicles traveling across the parking lot of Red Roof cutting one another off and recklessly traveling across the parking lot where they entered onto the Hwy. Deputies made traffic stops on Hwy 46.

December 12
Deputy took a report of a vehicle vs animal collision on Mt. Olivet Church Rd.
Deputy observed a driver not wearing a seatbelt, at which time he made a traffic stop. During the traffic stop, offender was found in possession of schedule I controlled substance, possession of amphetamine and possession of drug related objects. Offender was transported to EmCo Jail.
December 13
Deputy responded to Linwood Rd. in reference to a woman being attacked by a dog. Complainant received a one-inch laceration to her lip and a three-inch laceration on her arm. C/p was transported by EMS to Augusta for further treatment.
Victim went to ECSO and stated all of her electronic devices had been hacked.
Deputy responded to King Circle Dr. in reference to complainant advising offender was keeping some of her property from her and refusing to give it back. C/p stated offender threatened her.
December 15
Deputy took a walk-in report in reference to a child custody issue.
Deputy made contact with complainant in reference to a male going onto her property that was not supposed to be there. C/p explained that offender showed up at her property and her husband ran him off. C/p advised offender has active arrest warrants.
December 16
Deputy observed a vehicle traveling 100 MPH in a 70 MPH zone, at which time he initiated a traffic stop. Deputy asked the driver for her license and she stated she did not have it, then provided her name and DOB. Upon running her info, it returned with no driver available. Deputy returned to offender’s vehicle and confirmed the name and DOB and asked if she had a GA license and she stated it was through Virginia. Deputy returned to his unit and ran her info through VA and it came back with the same result. Deputy returned to offender’s vehicle and she provided a picture of her license. Deputy returned to his unit and ran the license number to find the birthday was wrong and she had a suspended license. Offender was placed under arrest and transported to EmCo Jail.
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on Ga 46 for no seat belts. The passenger was identified to have an active warrant and was placed under arrest and transported to EmCo Jail.
Deputies were dispatched to Old Savannah Rd. in reference to a young female that kicked the back door of the residence in and was trespassing. Complainant stated she was told offender was in the residence after she was informed by law enforcement that she was not allowed back. Deputy spoke with offender who stated she was taken there by a friend and she had nowhere else to go. Deputy then asked if she was informed in the past that she was no longer allowed there and she stated yes, about a month ago. Deputy spoke with c/p’s and they stated they did not wish to press charges for breaking and entering but wanted to go forth with criminal trespass. Offender was placed under arrest and transported to EmCo Jail.
December 17
Deputy initiated a traffic stop on Ga 4 for no tag or tag lights.
