Complaints of heavy traffic led to the arrest of Donna Lisa Brannen, 50, and Cindy Mae For-tescue, 51, both of Twin City, Tuesday night, December 19, by Emanuel County Sheriff’s Of-fice Investigators.
Brannen is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Posses-sion of Vicodin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Phentermine Hydrochloride with In-tent to Distribute, Possession of Tramadol Hydrochloride with Intent to Distribute and Pos-session of Drug Related Objects. Fortescue is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Related Objects.
